A considered safety measure for runners is to carry identification when training, especially for the lone runner.

We love our Running at ‘Achievements UK’ so we’ve made our own simple machine-washable Runners' Fob, it fits neatly into the pocket of your running shorts or bottoms alternatively, it can be attached to clothing or worn on a lanyard the choice is yours.
A Barcode can also be engraved with your park run ID number and if you wish, your ICE details (In Case of Emergency) a telephone number or additional medical information. If you wish you can also create a personalised message on the reverse of up to 4 lines of text (max 20 characters per line). Any message perhaps encouragement or a resolution reminder to the recipient, the choice is yours.
